Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time reflects the overall transit period after your order has been handed over to the courier. Actual delivery times depend on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times based on your country:

Please note: During busy seasons, holidays, or customs processing, delivery times may be longer. External factors such as weather conditions or transportation disruptions can also cause delays beyond our control.
Order Changes and Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information you provide is complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or order cancellations. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@yazuno.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive to ship orders promptly, delays can happen outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or customs processes. If your delivery is delayed, we will work with the courier to get your order to you as soon as possible and keep you updated.
Please note that Yazuno is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@yazuno.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to report lost or stolen packages and to initiate a claim. In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package, or you may need to file a police report if theft is suspected.
Please note: Yazuno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, but we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
